"When the day is over & your memories begin to fade, your photographs will be the link that brings all of your emotions and stories back"

I’m often asked, “why is photography important?”. It is a great question with an extremely powerful answer. While our lives & experiences are all unique, two things ring true:

Time moves too quickly

Our memories are inherently flawed

Photographs have this incredible ability to make you remember the stories & emotions from a particular moment in time.

In 5 or 10 years when your wedding has passed & the dress is hanging up in a closet, your photographs will be the tangible link that brings your emotions and memories back. Imagine what it will feel like when you and your love are looking through your wedding album, smiling ear-to-ear as your stories rush back into your mind.

As a wedding photographer, I have the distinct honor to come alongside people during one of the most important days of their life and give them the peace of mind that those fleeting moments are being preserved for generations!

That is why I do what I do.

That is why I exclusively photograph weddings.

I want to do one thing, and do it extremely well.

Even before I photographed weddings the core of my photography has always been people. It has always been more important to tell the uniquely beautiful stories of my couples in a way that is authentic to them.

As a wedding photographer I get to document a wedding day and give my couples the peace of mind that their fleeting, once in a lifetime moments are being captured. Instead of simply being a hired vendor, I truly get to become friends with my couples and align myself with their values.

And beyond all of that, I make sure that every single couple that I work with has their photographs preserved in print. Your memories are that important. You deserve to be able to enjoy your photographs every day instead of having them swiftly liked & forgotten on an Instagram feed.
