I do things a little differently. My goal is to create images that truly reflect who you are. In 10 years, I want you to look back and feel the same love you felt on your wedding day.

I won’t tell you to fake laugh

Your partner will make you laugh plenty

I won’t tell you to smile & look at the camera

I’ll guide you to make sure you feel comfortable, and then let the natural moments unfold. You’ll be focused on your partner, not on posing for a photo.

I won’t spend 30 minutes on one shot trying to make it “perfect”

The perfectly imperfect details of your day are what give it personality, and I want your authentic joy and connection to come through your photos.

I won’t put you in any super awkward poses

I’ll pose you just enough to be comfortable, and let you and your partner’s personality do the rest.

There are two ways that I approach a wedding day,

Authentic Moments

I focus on capturing your wedding day in a candid, photojournalistic style. This lets the day unfold naturally, bringing out the most authentic moments.

I pay attention to all the little details that might otherwise be forgotten—the look on your mom’s face when she finishes buttoning your dress, the way you smile when he kisses your cheek, your dad’s hug before you walk down the aisle, your grandma’s tears as you pass by on your way to your first look, and the quiet “I love you” as the sun sets. These moments will only become more meaningful with time, serving as lasting reminders of the love you share.”

Stunning Imagery

There are special moments during your day when it’s just you, your partner, and me—and we’ll create some truly amazing images together. And if you’re thinking, ‘We’re awkward in front of the camera,’ don’t worry! Every couple says the same thing, but by the time we finish your engagement session, you’ll feel confident and excited about how your photos turn out. I shoot in a way that lets you be yourselves, without worrying about the small details. With just the right amount of guidance, you won’t have to wonder ‘what do I do with my hands?’ I want this to be as easy and enjoyable as possible—I promise, you can’t mess it up!

1. Reach Out

Fill out my contact form and I’ll text you personally within 24 hours to set up a call. I want to hear about you, your partner, and what you’re most looking forward to on your wedding day.

Since I only take on a limited number of weddings each year, the sooner we connect the better.

2. Reserve your date

Once we both feel like it’s the right fit, a signed contract and a deposit make it official. From that point on, you can cross photography off your list and actually enjoy being engaged.

3. Enjoy your wedding

On your wedding day, I’ll handle everything so you don’t have to think about it once. And when it’s over, your dress hung up in your closet, the tux returned, the cake eaten, your photographs will tell the whole story, exactly as it happened.
