Here’s what you need to know about getting married at The Empire Room

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

The Empire Room has an extremely unique floor plan. Upon entering the venue you will see the spacious dance floor and bar! To the right you’ll see a fireplace and a grand staircase that can be used for the grand entrance, and to the left you’ll see the large dining space. Both spaces share the same aesthetic consisting of their jaw-dropping chandeliers, white crown molding & antique furniture. This allows many possibilities for designing your reception layout, with many couples opting for a dedicated cocktail lounge separated from the dining area.

Ceremonies are held in the lounge area. Upon completion of your ceremony, the room will be flipped into the cocktail lounge and the chairs will be moved back into the dining area.

The highlight of The Empire Room is the vast grand ballroom. This beautiful space is the perfect canvas to design the wedding of your dreams. The Empire Room has a wide range of table and chair combinations and lots of furniture options. If you can dream it, they can do it. The grand ballroom also has several garage doors that lead to the outdoor patio which can be open on warmer days.

Pricing and other Information

The starting rental rate at The Empire Room on a Saturday is $5,500. Fridays and Sundays start at $4,500 and weekdays start at $3,000.

This price includes the following amenities:

  • A professional Event Manager will be present on your wedding day
  • Included 8 foot banquet table, 60 inch round tables and linens
  • Chairs for up to 350 guests
  • Included set up and tear down services
  • A wide range of antique furniture to pick from
  • A working fireplace
  • A decorative greenery wall
  • A private wedding suite and bathroom
  • Covered garage parking for up to 24 hours
  • Highspeed Wifi

Other Considerations

The Empire Room has many other amenities available. These include renting the outdoor Turner Park space, valet service, cake service & ceremony staging. Within walking distance to the venue is the Element Hotel making hotel accommodations extremely convenient.
